Singer-songwriter Kim Dong-ryul has released a trailer for his upcoming single, “Fairy Tale,” recorded in collaboration with IU.

The video shows a scenic town surrounded by mountains and a boat sailing past tranquil surroundings to calming yet dramatic background music.

While the 45-second teaser ends before the lyrics start, it hints at what is to come -- just enough to fire up Kim’s fan base.
“I have a feeling that it will rock,” one fan wrote on YouTube.

Another fan gushed over the teaser, already calling the song the “collaboration of the century.”

The new single is a follow-up to the album “Reply,” which was released in January.

Kim is scheduled to hold a year-end concert for three days over the weekend at Seoul’s Olympic Gymnastics Arena.
