EXO member Baekhyun told his fans through an Instagram live broadcast Saturday to stop buying the group’s albums.

Instead, he urged his fans to spend their money on padded clothing to stay warm through the winter.

On Saturday Baekhyun talked with his fans through the live broadcast, taking multiple questions for about 30-minutes.

While having a lively chitchat with EXOLs -- members of the group’s official fan club -- Baekhyun encountered a question asking him how many albums she should buy.

“No! Don’t buy albums anymore,” he said firmly looking concerned. “Buy warm clothing like padded jackets instead. We already surpassed 10 million.”

EXO recently released its latest album “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo,” which preorder sale surpassed 1.1 million copies topping its own record. The group has also achieved milestone of 10 million cumulative albums sold since its debut in 2012.
