EXO made No. 1 on Friday’s “Music Bank” chart, beating chief rival Twice, which released its third Korean EP, “Yes or Yes,” Nov. 5.

“Music Bank” is a KBS weekly music show that is broadcast in over 100 countries through the network’s international broadcasting service, KBS World.

In a victory speech, band leader Suho thanked EXO’s staff and fans, especially those who had just taken the college entrance exam.

“Good luck to all those who have taken the big test this week,” said Suho.

EXO’s latest album, “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo,” debuted at No. 23 on the Billboard 200, the US-based entertainment media’s main albums chart.
