According to Lifetime, the show will center on featuring how Dana regains self-confidence in the course of losing weight.

Dana debuted as a member of The Grace in 2005, releasing hits like “Boomerang” and “One More Time, OK?”

The group halted activities after member Stephanie sustained a major back injury, and Dana has been promoting solo ever since.

The program will air its first episode on Dec. 4 via Lifetime.
