EXO’s first full album in 16 months is seemingly topping every music chart out there.

“Don’t Mess Up My Tempo,” released Friday, is holding the No. 1 spot on major local music charts including Melon, Bugs, Genie and Olleh in real time.

Not only is lead track “Tempo” topping the charts, other tracks from the new album -- “Gravity,” “Sign,” “24/7” and “Ooh La La La” -- also remain within the top 10.
“Tempo” is a hip-hop dance track with powerful bass and a cappella vocals.

EXO became a quintuple-million seller with “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo” marking its fifth record to sell over 1 million copies. Preorders for the new album surpassed 1.1 million, breaking its previous record.

The nine-member act’s first music show performance was Friday on “Music Bank.”
