Jimin turned 23 on Saturday, and -- in keeping with the BTS tradition -- he went live on V Live to celebrate the occasion with his fans.

“Hi, guys, this is Jimin. It’s my birthday,” he said, starting off the broadcast after posting photos from the group’s travel reality show “Bon Voyage” on social media.

“I saw what you guys did for my birthday. I saw the display boards all over the world,” he said. “I saw them only in pictures, but I can’t explain how touched I was.

“My friends in Busan told me that there are buses with my photos on them,” Jimin said, thanking fans back home in Korea.

The BTS star said he still thinks his birthday “isn’t a big deal.”

“I’ve never cared for my birthday so much. But I’m happy you guys made it so special,” he said, thanking fans for “making (him) such a happy guy.”
