YG Entertainment, one of South Korea’s three biggest music labels, and streaming service Netflix have joined forces to produce an original series titled “YG Future Strategy Office.”

Starring Seungri of Big Bang as the lead, the series is a comedy revolving around the “troublemakers” at the company trying to boost their reputation.

The show is reportedly designed to overtake the rival label JYP Entertainment, whose stock prices recently surpassed those of YG’s.

Shot in a documentary format, “YG Future Strategy Office” is based on true incidents at the music label.
