IU hinted at her comeback on a post she uploaded Wednesday with a playful gesture that heightens the curiosity level of fans.

IU uploaded on her Instagram a photo of herself wearing sunglasses and a transparent blouse both in purple color. The photo appears to be taken from a music video or photo shoot site for her upcoming album. She clearly indicated in which month she would return by writing down “October” but left fans speculating the specific timing by replacing the date with question marks.

Some fans believe that IU will make her comeback on Oct. 10, as this year marks her 10th anniversary of her debut.

IU previously announced her Asia tour in celebration of her 10th anniversary. The tour will kick off in Busan on Oct. 28, followed by concerts in various cities including Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.
