Shin Dong-ho, a formerly of boy band U-Kiss, has reportedly filed for divorce after three years of marriage.

According to YTN Star on Thursday, Shin recently submitted divorce papers to a court and plans to part ways from his wife.

Shin is reportedly living separately from not only his wife, but also his son, as the couple will go through a legal process to decide the legal custody of their only son.

The now-24-year-old singer married his wife, one year his senior, in November 2015 and the couple had their first child in May 2016.

Shin’s marriage garnered special attention as the singer married at a considerably young age.

Shin, who debuted in 2008 as part of U-Kiss, left the group in October 2013 citing health concerns. He has since begun his career as a DJ under the stage name “Rushin Justin.”
