If you’re a sucker for horror, thrillers and suspense, tune in to Naver’s V Live app to watch project K-pop idol group I.O.I go through missions at hair-raising locations after sundown.

In the 10th and the latest episode of the series, the girl group visited an abandoned ship.

Previously, I.O.I went to a closed school, an amusement park after hours, and a colony of abandoned houses on rainy nights. Hair-raising discoveries like a half-buried baby’s shoe had sent the girls screaming and scurrying.

At the abandoned ship, Sohye and Somi became the first to go on the mission. With only a flashlight to guide their way, the two had to find a room with a painting easel inside the ship. The mission was for Sohye to draw Somi’s face in the dark, and make the portrait sufficiently recognizable.

Chungha and Yoojung were the next to go, and these two really had no fear. Under a time limit, they had to scavenge around the ship to look for each syllable of “sa-rang-hae,” written in fluorescent paint in advance by the filming staff. They had to take polaroid photograph next to each syllable. The “sa” was inside a creepy washroom, but Chungha and Yoojung nonchalantly made V signs as they took photographs.

The last mission was for everyone to go down to the deserted ferry’s moldy underground karaoke for an eerie “Charlie, Charlie Challenge.”

NCT127 made a reaction video to its subunit NCT Dream’s “We Go Up” music video release.

The video was made public on YouTube on Thursday, but the group’s reaction video belatedly came up on V live on Saturday.

Moments before the music video’s open, NCT127 members sat in front of a huge screen, anticipation building up as they shouted “My God! Let’s get it. Everyone, we go up!”

Once the music video started playing, the singers excitedly bobbed their heads to the song, eyes glued on the screen.

“There are so many seagulls,” the ones who are not in the subunit, who are seeing the music video for the first time, exclaimed at the scene taken at a beach.

“All this was shot in Korea,” NCT Dream’s Mark said, as giant fireworks erupted in to blossoms on the screen.

Taeyong, disbelieving, had to ask back twice if it was true that everything was shot in Korea.

Since releasing on YouTube on Thursday, NCT Dream’s “We Go Up” music video has garnered over 4.7 million views as of Sunday.

Kwak Dong-yeon

FNC Entertainment on Sunday shared behind-the-scenes footage of work on an ongoing TV series called “My ID is Gangnam Beauty” where its actor Kwak Dong-yeon plays the lead male.

In the video that came up on V Live, Kwak was at a baseball practice.

Kwak told the camera, “I’ll be truthful here, I know nothing about baseball. The posture is from lessons I had before for a one-act play.”

Each time Kwak swung the bat and hit the machine-pitched ball in to the net, it was actually another person behind Kwak throwing a clean ball at just the right timing to make it look like Kwak’s work.

“My ID is Gangnam Beauty” is a TV series about a college girl who attempts to redeem her self-esteem through plastic surgery, who finally learns to embrace herself and value those around her through encounters with people who either misjudge her or appreciate her.
