Popular girl groups including Mamamoo, EXID and Girlfriend will perform at this year’s Busan One Asia Festival.

Mamamoo will kick off the annual music event as the opening act, while hip-hop acts Dynamic Duo and Rhythm Power will perform in the closing show, Busan Metropolitan City said Wednesday.

Five acts have been unveiled as part of the event’s third lineup. They will join the likes of EXO, Wanna One, Red Velvet and Seventeen, to name a few.

Tickets for the closing concert of the event will go on sale at 8 p.m. Friday, with nearly 29,000 seats available.

The event is expected to attract not just K-pop fans here but also those in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Hosted by the city of Busan and organized by the Busan Tourism Organization, the festival will take place between Oct. 20 and 28 at venues across the southern city including the Busan Asiad Main Stadium and Busan Citizens Park.
