A clip from iKON’s Aug. 4 outdoors concert at Seoul’s riverside park was unveiled Saturday via YG Entertainment’s V Live channel.

On a Saturday plagued by city’s record-breaking heat, iKON showcased a sustained energy throughout the performance.

The concert comes after the septet’s success with January’s “Love Scenario,” which topped South Korea’s major music charts including Melon, Genie, Bugs, Mnet, Naver, and Soribada.

“Thanks to everyone who showed up despite the blazing heat,” iKON thanked the five-thousand-something crowd.

iKON is kicking off its 2018 concert tour dubbed “iKON 2018 Continue Tour” with Seoul concert in Olympic Gymnastic Stadium scheduled for Aug. 18 at 5 p.m. Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, Jakarta, and Hong Kong are among the band’s concert tour destinations.

Taeyeon and MeloMance drop “Page 0”

Taeyeon and MeloMance dropped a collaboration dubbed “Page 0” as the first release of S.M. Entertainment’s digital music project “STATION X 0.”

MeloMance is a vocalist-pianist duo debuted in 2015 under the label Heaven Company, who saw a breakthrough hit with the 2017 single “Gift.”

“Page 0” is an acoustic pop song arranged by Jeong Dong-hwan of MeloMance and sung in duet by Taeyeon and Kim Min-seok, the other member of the indie folk duo.

Unveiled at 6 p.m. Friday, “Page 0” delivers a motivational message to young dream chasers, the lyrics to which was also penned by Kim.

Stray Kids to launch own show “SKZ’s Honey-Tips”

Stray Kids are spending a busy debut year, having already dropped two extended plays including its debut release “I am NOT.”

The nine-piece act is adding another show to its filmography, in addition to the reality show “SKZ-Talker,” the teaser of which was unveiled Friday.

“SKZ’s Honey-Tips” is a web-show exclusively featuring Stray Kids, in which the members introduce and try out useful day-to-day tips.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
