EXID was greeted with a wild roar from a Vietnamese crowd at its July 31 “V HEARTBEAT LIVE” concert hosted jointly by the Vietnamese government and South Korea’s portal Naver.

EXID and The Boyz were two K-pop acts that performed at the end-July concert held at Ho Chi Minh City’s Hoa Binh Theater, which promised a sequel featuring Monsta X and Momoland.

Vietnamese fans sang along and responded with explosive enthusiasm to the girl group’s performance, with the set list including a few of its biggest hits such as 2017’s “DDD” and “UP & DOWN.”

The originally five-piece girl group performed as a quartet, as its member Solji is still recovering from orbital decompression surgery in January after being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
