Seungri is going solo as Big Bang is on pause with some of its members in the military.

“The Great Seungri” released last Friday is the youngest Big Bang member’s first Korean extended play, and also his last release before his planned enlistment early next year. The lead track “1, 2, 3!” is a groovy pop rock that shows Seungri’s bold charisma and humor.

One striking thing about the Big Bang star’s dance practice video released on Naver’s V Live Monday morning is what he’s wearing.

Clad in a blazer with a white T-shirt, Seungri demonstrates the proper way to do “business casual.” The simple trick of going tieless can give your look a more “chill vibe” without losing the touch of formality.

Chungha’s 'Music Bank' performance

Chungha’s stage on KBS TV’s “Music Bank” was unveiled on Naver’s V Live on Sunday midnight.

One of K-pop’s most popular female solo acts, the 22-year-old released her third extended play “Blooming Blue” fronted by “Love U” on July 18. This marks her second heavily summer-themed track since her single “Why Don’t You Know?” released in June 2017.

Chungha is one of the by first generation stars from the popular audition show “Produce 101” which kicked off in 2016. She managed to finish fourth in the competition, allowing her to debut with the show’s temporary project band I.O.I. She has embarked on a successful solo career since the group’s disbandment in May 2017.

Fromis_9 wraps up weekend with live broadcast

Fromis_9 is an active V Live uploader and the band wrapped up its weekend with a short live broadcast Sunday evening.

In the broadcast titled “Happy fromis,” the members are wearing matching sheer pink outfits. They read comments from fans that were pouring in real-time as they filmed. “We miss you, too,” fromis_9 told fans.

Fromis_9 debuted in 2017 under the entertainment and media contents company CJ E&M. Prior to their official debut, the members starred in the reality audition show “Idol School” produced by Studio Take One. The nine-piece band consists of Saerom, Hayoung, Jiwon, Jisun, Seoyeon, Chaeyoung, Nagyung and Jiheon.
