Actress Ku Hye-sun told her fans about her opinions on the recent pregnancy and plastic surgery rumors about herself.

Ku attended an event at the 22nd Bucheon International Fanstastic Film Festival on Saturday. She was invited as a director to speak with viewers about her new short film “Mystery Pink.”

During her interview, she mentioned the recent pregnancy and plastic surgery speculations linked to her weight gain.

She said that she found it amusing how her weight garnered such attention. She also talked about accepting her body change as she ages. “At times I do feel sad that time passes by, but I keep thinking that I am myself now and will also be myself in the future,” she said.

When Ku appeared on the red carpet on Thursday at the opening of the film festival, it was pointed out that her face looked more swollen than before.

Ku denied the rumors on her social media accounts, saying that she had simply gained weight from eating too much.
