Upon leaving the group’s agency, Jinyoung of B1A4 wrote a heartfelt letter to fans in order to comfort them and promise the act’s bright future.

On Saturday, the artist took to Instagram and wrote, “I don’t know how to thank BANA (B1A4’s fan base) for loving us for the last seven years just with a few words.”

Jinyoung also confirmed to fans that his leave won’t affect the group’s existence.

“I don’t think B1A4 belongs to anyone. It only belongs to BANA who have supported us through those times. If you don’t forget us and keep loving us, we will return to your side with better music and maturity no matter how many months or years it will take,” he wrote.

Earlier last week, Jinyoung and Baro of the boy band left their longtime home WM Entertainment after deciding not to renew the contracts with the agency.

The five-piece group debuted in 2011 with “O.K” and dropped hits like “What’s Happening,” “Lonely,” “Solo Day” and “Baby Good Night.”
