This might come as a shock: Changmin isn’t perfect at everything.

In the 25th episode of “TVXQ’s 72 Hours,” Changmin, the younger of the duo, worked as a temporary chef at a high-end restaurant.

On the third day at work, Changmin is taught how to make a dessert named “Sugar Ball.” The sugary orb which is actually made from Isomalt, an edible sugar substitute used for sugar art.

The 30-year-old gave it a try, only to learn that it wasn’t called “art” for no reason.

He couldn’t get the sugar dough to blow up into a balloon like his instructor did.

After a series of “fail moments,” the TVXQ singer-songwriter got demoted from “kid chef” proficiency level to “baby chef.”

Will Changmin succeed the next time around? Tune in for the next episode of Changmin‘s adventures in the kitchen!
