Things got a little bit crazy backstage on “M Countdown,” as BTOB prepped for its first on-air performance since the release of its 11th EP “This is Us.”

The three-minute video starts off with Minhyuk staring into the camera with a serious face. Eunkwang can be heard rehearsing his lines for the song in the background.

Then Sungjae entered the scene, and turned the whole thing into a comedy skit.

“Mommy’s kiss,” Sungjae started singing hysterically. “I like my mommy’s kiss the best,” sang the BTOB vocalist, in a voice that sounded half like a wail and half like a squeak.

“Just when you thought things were going normal,” one fan said.

“This is Us,” the seven-piece act’s first release of 2018, is fronted by the lead track “Only One for Me.”
