Seven years into the K-pop scene, Minhyuk of BTOB said he feels less burdened over the band’s recent single thanks to its previous hit “Missing You.”

“I think many singers would be alike. We’ve also checked on real-time music charts every hour. Seeing our ranking got us nervous a lot of times,” said Minhyuk during an interview with a local fashion magazine.

BTOB released its 11th EP “This is Us,” fronted by the lead track “Only One for Me” on Monday.

Asked if the band feels proud of its previous success with the hit “Missing You,” he said, “(Missing You) actually cut us some slack. We BTOB members are all very enthusiastic about music, and releasing new music came as a big burden to us. But we feel relieved that last year’s ‘Movie’ and ‘Missing You’ have been recognized by the public,” he said.
