BTOB held a live talk with fans Tuesday on Naver’s V app in celebration of its new EP’s release.

“I am BTOB’s leader and I’ll be hosting the talk today,” Eunkwang introduced himself ahead of the hourlong broadcast.

One question thrown at the group was the story behind the new EP’s title, “This Is Us.”

“We had a meeting, I believe at the recording studio, to discuss the different ideas for naming the new album,” said Ilhoon. “We had many different candidates but eventually decided on [This Is Us].”

“This album is full of music that is very BTOB-esque, hence the title,” explained Hyunsik. “How Hyunsik put it was ‘the genre is BTOB,’” Eunkwang weighed in.

The group then turned the talk into a mini live concert, wrapping up with the title “Only One for Me.”

This live talk show has been liked over a hundred million times in three hours since the broadcast.

BTOB‘s “This Is Us” unveiled in full Monday is the group’s first release of 2018.
