Head of YG Entertainment Yang Hyun-suk on Sunday unveiled photos of a trip with Big Bang’s Seungri on Jeju Island.

One of the pictures uploaded to the YG chief’s Instagram showed Seungri and Yang posing against an ocean backdrop.

Yang referred to Seungri as “YGX CEO” in his post, referring to Seungri’s recent appointment as head of YGX Entertainment, a hip-hop label established under YG.

Seungri, the only member of Big Bang who has yet to enlist in the military, is expected to return as a solo artist in July.

About two years of military service is compulsory for able-bodied men in South Korea, which remains technically at war with the North.

The singer will also hold his first-ever solo concerts, titled “The Great Seungri,” at the Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on Aug. 4 and 5.
