Actors Seo Kang-joon, Gong Seung-yeon, Lee Joon-hyuk, Park Hwan-hee, Kim Sung-ryung and Yu Oh-seong, the main cast of upcoming KBS drama “Are You Human?” communicated with their fans in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Thursday.

When asked what he had been up to since he finished filming the pre-produced drama, Seo said, “I’ve been resting, resting and resting. I am preparing for another role (but) nothing has confirmed yet.”

During the broadcast, the co-actors praised Seo’s struggle to play a double role.

“It is very hard to play a double role but he was very strong. The filming was very tiring but he still went to work out to play Nam Shin (the name of Seo’s character,” Lee said.

“He must have been very tired but he still tried hard to brighten up the atmosphere at the set,” Park said.

The actor nevertheless seems to have been even more exhausted than he looked as Kim revealed an anecdote from the filming that Seo fell asleep while filming.

Seo bashfully explained himself.

“While filming an emotional scene with Kim Sung-ryung where I lied down, I fell into a state of ‘coma,’” he said. “I snored while sleeping and I felt so sorry after I got to know about the incident.”

The first episode of the new drama is set to air on Monday at 10 p.m.

Samuel

Singer Samuel tried out his new cheering gear during the track “Teenager,” in a V app video Thursday.

The singer started up the video introducing the cheer stick designed for him. Cheering for pop stars with cheer sticks or glow sticks is part of K-pop fan culture. Almost all K-pop singers with established fan bases have uniquely designed cheer sticks.

In the video, Samuel waved the light stick and shouted out his name as well as some lyrics according to the song.

Signed with Brave Entertainment, Samuel appeared on the second season of Mnet’s K-pop competition “Produce 101” last year. He finished 18th, failing to secure a spot in the final 11-member group.

Still enjoying popularity thanks to his time on the show, Samuel debuted as a solo artist in August last year with his first EP “Sixteen.” The new album “Teenager” is a repackaged version of his second EP “One” released in March.

The members of boy band Voisper communicated with their fans during their picnic to Han River in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Thursday.

In the broadcast, the group which consists of the friends from the same high school, showed the real-life friendship while constantly chatting and gently quarreling.

When asked to recommend some songs that fit the summery weather, they suggested their songs “Summer Cold” and “Crush On You” and singer Cho Yong-pil’s classic “Let’s Go On A Trip” which was often remade by other singers.

Before wrapping up, the group hinted at its upcoming new release saying that they had been busy preparing their new full-length album.

Consisted of Jung Dae-gwang, Jung Kwang-ho, Kim Kang-san, and Min Chung-ki, the group appeared on Mnet’s audition show “Superstar K6” in 2014 as group North Incheon Nineteen. In following January, the group signed to Evermore Music and debuted in 2016 with the current group name.
