Jun Jong-seo spoke about her experience with the film “Burning” in an interview with a local magazine.

On Wednesday, fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar released several photos of Jun, including one in which she wears a simple black dress with bold cuts. Another photo showed Jun, her eyes closed, in a white eyelet dress.

The actress debuted in director Lee Chang-dong’s film “Burning,“ which screened in the competition category at the recent Cannes Film Festival. The film won the Fipresci International Critics’ Prize.

“It was my first time acting, but everyone thought of me as a human being. It was an atmosphere of mutual respect,” Jun said.

“Almost every day, I think about how humans are all equal to each other, regardless of social status, gender or age. I try to treat others with such a mindset, and hope others treat me the same,” she added.
