Actress Park Shin-hye will participate in the second season of “Star Relay Heart Challenge” to help children from low-income families.

On the project, 10 celebrities take turns to hold live broadcast where they communicate with their fans while carrying out specific “missions” such as making cards for children in help.

Based on the “hearts” they get during the broadcast, a fund of maximum three million won ($2,775) will be donated to Korea Food for the Hungry International to provide children from low-income families in Korea with educational and emotional benefits.

Park has been the face of the KFHI since 2011 and she was named as a spokesperson for KFHI’s Philanthropy Club, which aims to provide low-income families in Korea with educational and child care benefits, in November 2016.

The live broadcast will be held on Friday at 8 p.m.
