Lee Gi-kwang of boy band Highlight talked about his former stage name, AJ, in a video released via Naver’s V app Saturday.

The video showed Eunhyuk of Super Junior and Lee waiting for their flight to Los Angeles to film the new JTBC reality show “Why Not the Dancer.”

“What does AJ mean by the way?” Eunhyuk asked. Before Lee joined his former group Beast, he debuted as a solo singer with the stage name AJ.

“To follow the success of Super Junior and to become an ‘ace’ singer who fits such success, I was named AJ (Ace Junior),” Lee answered, laughing bashfully.

“Oh we are totally the ‘Junior’ family,” Eunhyuk said. “Well he’s 30 and I’m 33 but we’re still ‘juniors.’”

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
