U-Know of K-pop duo TVXQ underwent harsh hazing as a kindergarten teacher in the first episode of the duo’s new variety show “72 Hours of TVXQ” aired via Naver’s V app Monday.

The reality show features the two singers taking on new occupations -- U-Know as a kindergarten teacher and Max working in a restaurant kitchen -- for 72 hours.

Monday’s episode showed the two singers doing job interviews.

U-know showed his determination toward the job with the sincere cover letter. “I wish to live a life of a teacher with innocent children. I like children and I wish to work with them,” he wrote.

During the interview, he showed his confidence in fairytale narration and dance routines and passed the interview.

He expressed his enthusiasm revealing his wish to be called “Vitamin teacher” but was soon embarrassed when a child from his class started to cry as soon as he saw him.

Even after the kid was soothed, the singer had to remain awkward as the children soon lost interest in him.

U-know kept trying to get attention by saying hello but they did not show any kind of reaction until he awkwardly left the room.

“It was very different from what I imagined,” he said.

The series “72 Hours” airs every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 11 a.m. on V app and Naver TV.

Project boy band JBJ released a special music video for “Just Be Stars” via Naver’s V app Monday.

“Just Be Stars” is a track from the group’s final album “New Moon” released on April 17.

The music video showed some behind-the-scenes footage of the group’s activities -- from the photo shoot for its first album cover to its last solo concert held on April 21-22.

At the end of the video, the JBJ bandmates said in a relay, “We always thank you Joyful (JBJ’s fan club name),” “We will be back even better than now,” “Please be with us.”

The group recently wrapped up its seven-month promotion and disbanded.

JBJ consists of Roh Tae-hyun, Kim Sang-gyun, Kim Yong-guk, Kim Dong-han, Kwon Hyun-bean and Takada Kenta, who starred in the second season of Mnet’s K-pop competition “Produce 101.”

The second season of “Produce 101” brought together 101 male trainees to compete for spots in a new group. The six members of JBJ failed to secure spots in the final 11-member group, but proved popular thanks to the show’s exposure, which led to their debut as a project group.

Singer Chung Ha communicated with her fans in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Monday.

In the broadcast, the singer introduced rapper Vinxen and producer duo GroovyRoom’s new track “My Paradise” on which she featured.

“Just now at 6 p.m., ‘My Paradise’ was released! I think the song is really good,” she said.

“I first heard this song before I released ‘Roller Coaster’ and hoped I could participate in this song and I got the opportunity and happened to release this all of sudden,” she said. “I know I promoted the song so suddenly. I also didn’t know (that it was to be released so soon).”

When asked about what the name of her fan club will be, she said, “I’m agonizing on it but there are so many names that I like. I will reveal it soon on a special date.”

Chung Ha released her second EP, “Offset,” with the lead track “Roller Coaster,” in January.
