Kim Jong-kook and Haha, the main hosts of web variety show “Big Picture,” held a quiz via a live broadcast on Naver’s V app Sunday.

During the live quiz, the two asked fans questions about recent episodes of the show -- such as “What was the song which inspired Jong-kook when he was making the commercial theme song for Chong Kun Dang?” “Who was the fourth guest to appear on the latest episode of ‘Made show’?”-- and gave out gifts.

As the two were in Manchester, England, they held the broadcast at 3 a.m., meaning many fans could not participate.

“Thank you for watching even though we held the broadcast regardless of the time back in Korea,” Kim apologized.

“We will be back with more fun episodes,” Kim said wrapping up the broadcast.

Produced by a star producer Yeo Woon-hyeok, who was behind many hit shows such as MBC’s “The Knee-Drop Guru,” JTBC’s “Ssulzun” and “Knowing Bros,” the program features the two celebrities running an advertisement agency as the segment titled “Made Show.”

The aim of the second season is to earn production costs for a TV drama featuring top Hallyu stars.

“Big Picture” airs every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Singer Yoo Seon-ho communicated with his fans in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Sunday.

The singer titled the broadcast as “Who am I? Where am I?”

“I woke up at around 5 a.m. and went to the (hair and makeup) shop. I was in a car and realized that I arrived somewhere. After I had a quick snack at a highway service area, I closed my eyes for a while only to realize that again I arrived at somewhere else,” he said explaining why he decided on the broadcast title.

During the broadcast, the singer also complained about the long travel time to Busan.

“As I slept in the car, I felt like my whole body was sore. Travelling by car is harder than I thought,” he said.

The singer recently released his long-awaited debut album “Spring, Seonho.”

Yoo starred in the second season of the Mnet K-pop competition show “Produce 101.” He finished at No. 17, failing to secure a place in the final 11-member group that would become Wanna One. He has, however, still enjoyed increased popularity thanks to the show.

K-pop rookie boy band IZ released a video featuring snippets from its second mini album “Angel” via Naver’s V app Sunday.

The video played audio samples from the album, which consists of six songs including “Angel,” “Ole Ole,” “Day Without You,” “Big Fuss” and “Sniping.” (unofficial translations)

The lead track “Angel” was produced by Bang Si-hyuk, the famed music producer and creator of K-pop sensation BTS.

The last time Bang was involved in a project outside of his company Big Hit Entertainment was for K-pop diva Baek Ji-young for her 2008 hit, “Like Being Hit By A Bullet.”

Boy band IZ consists of vocalist Jihoo, drummer Woosu, guitarist Hyunjun and bassist Junyoung.

It released its debut EP “All You Want” in August last year. Before its official debut, the teen pop rock band built an underground following by holding more than 100 live shows.

“Angel” will be released on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
