B.I of boy band iKon revealed his innermost feelings in the latest episode of the group’s variety show, “iKon TV,” which aired via Naver’s V app Saturday.

In the broadcast, B.I went hiking at Bukhansan. After he finished the climb, he treated the staff who followed him to boiled chicken and drinks.

“Because it was all about survival since I was young, I was actually stronger mentally, back then when I was 18, 19,” the singer said, loosened by the contents of his cup.

The singer appeared on reality competitions “Win: Who is Next?” “Show Me the Money” and “Mix & Match,” before finally debuting with iKon.

“While appearing on ‘Mix & Match’ and ‘Win,’ my eyes were filled with viciousness and I actually was ill-mannered back then,” he said.

“Because ‘My Type’ became a hit and I’ve gotten a lot of attention since the debut, I was quite obnoxious,” he said. “But after the promotional activities ended and after some time passed, I’ve learned how to relax.”

“If you are too hard, you will get broken,” he added.

“My eyes have become sadder and I’ve gotten more relaxed (now). I like living like this. It’s more comfortable to live like this,” he said.

K-pop girl group GFriend released its second teaser for “Time for the Moon Night,” the lead track off its upcoming sixth mini album of the same title, via Naver’s V app Sunday.

Unlike the first teaser video that showed GFriend alone during the daytime, the new teaser showed the bandmates gathering together, smiling and looking at each other as the night comes.

The lyrics of the new song sing of the time at night when they become sentimental.

The new EP’s seven songs include lead track “Time for the Moon Night,” “Daytime,” “Love Bug,” “Flower Garden,” “Tik Tik,” “Bye” and “You are My Star.”

GFriend will unveil the new album on Monday at 6 p.m.

Tony An and Lee Jae-won of legendary K-pop act H.O.T. communicated with fans in the latest show of their live broadcast series, “Tony, Jaewon’s HOT! Live,” which aired via Naver’s V app Saturday.

The broadcast series, which originally was scheduled to wrap up with its third show, recently announced two more shows.

As soon as the episode started, fans congratulated the singers on the extension of the show.

When An asked Lee to read fans’ comments, Lee was embarrassed to see comments in various languages and said, “It’s all in English!”

“That means we are so global!” An responded proudly.

An and Lee will hold another live broadcast on Saturday. The show will be themed around family, as May is considered to be the “month of family” in Korea.

Megahit band H.O.T. debuted in 1996 and quickly rose to stardom, attracting fans of all ages before it disbanded in 2001.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
