Beauty YouTuber Risabae has shared some tips for makeup and skin care.

“When I don’t have anything scheduled, I organize makeup boxes and wash tools like brushes, preparing for next time. As I wear makeup a lot, my skin needs time to rest,” she said during an interview for a recent photo shoot with a local magazine.

“So when I have free time, I don’t put on any makeup except moisturizing cream. When my skin is not that dry, then I even sit out on moisture cream so that my skin can breathe.”




Risabae also shared that her signature makeup style is characterized by red lips, fine eyeliner and mascara. She added that she first takes contouring powder on her palms and uses it on her face with light touches, emphasizing it is important to go easy with contouring.

A former makeup artist to girl groups AOA and EXID, Risabae is known for re-creating celebrity looks with precision. A YouTube star who has more than 1 million subscribers, Risabae shot to fame after a makeup tutorial for singer Sunmi went viral via social media.
