Korean girl group AOA will return in the first half of 2018, according to FNC Entertainment‘s statement released Thursday.

In response to a local news report speculating on a May return for AOA, the entertainment company released a statement clarifying that the girl group‘s return date had not yet been decided, adding however that it would come in the first half of the year.

The return would mark the group‘s first new activities in nearly 1 1/2 years, though it would come without ChoA, who left the group in June last year.
