In the upcoming drama, which is slated to start in July, Won is set to play a doctor at the pediatric department of the hospital, together with acting heavyweights Lee Dong-wook, Cho Seung-woo and Moon So-ri.

Lee, who will play a doctor, and Cho, who will take the role of a hospital chief director, were confirmed as cast members in January. Moon will play the head of the hospital’s neurosurgery department.

“Life” is written by Lee Soo-yeon, who debuted in 2017 with the tvN drama “Stranger.”

The medical drama will be directed by television producer Hong Jong-chan, who was well received for his recent production of “The Most Beautiful Goodbye in the World,“ ”Deserving of the Name“ and “Dear My Friends.”
