Boy band Astro took to the V app Thursday to celebrate the second year anniversary since debut and having over a million followers on its V channel.

The band released its debut mini album “Spring Up” on Feb. 23, 2015.

“It’s been two years already! There are a countless number of memories we had made with Aroha,” Sanha said referring to the group’s fan club. “I thank you every day and if not the fans we could not have been able to perform.”

In the broadcast, the group also teased the upcoming fan meeting event.

“We prepared this fan meeting as the best of all the events we’ve ever done,” Rocky said. “We prepared the event to make you wonder ‘Can Astro be so funny?’”

The group will hold “Aroha Festival,” the inauguration ceremony of the second batch of the group’s fan club on Saturday and Sunday at KBS Arena Hall in Hawgok-dong, Seoul.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
