The movie trailer of “Cheese in the Trap” is getting a lot of attention from Koreans. The teaser, released on Feb. 13, has already received 2.4 million views.

Fans are especially interested in Park Hae-jin who plays the lead role of Yoo Jung. He had been well received for acting the same character in the drama version of “Cheese in the Trap” broadcast in 2016. In the clip, Park gives off a unique and mysterious vibe, a critical element for Yoo Jung.

The viewers seem content with the main actress Oh Yeon-seo as well. Oh was the first pick for the main character Hong Seol because of her liveliness. In the teaser, the actress perfectly assimilated Hong Seol’s bubbly personality illustrated in the comics.

The movie is based on the Korean comics series “Cheese in the Trap” written and illustrated by Soonkki. Park Ki-woong, Yoo In-young, Oh Jong-hyuck also feature in the film, which will be released on March 14.
