Actor Jo Jung-seok assured his fans not to worry about his relationship with his girlfriend and singer Gummy.

During a local media interview for the recently ended drama “Two Cops” Monday, the actor said he and Gummy are still going strong, brushing off rumors that that the two have broken up.

Asked if he plans to tie the knot with Gummy, Jo said, “It’s still unclear. Many have been asking us such questions, maybe because we’ve been dating for a while. I want to share our future plan (wedding) when we have a firm plan, but right now, we don’t have it yet.”

He also joked that he gets extra cautious during interviews as they tend to revolve mostly around his girlfriend.

Jo and Gummy, who have been dating for five years now, made their relationship public in 2015.

Jo recently played detective Cha Dong-tak in fantasy drama “Two Cops,” which aired its final episode last week, with his co-star Hyeri of Girls Day, who played a reporter. He is reported to have begun preparing for his upcoming play “Amadeus.”
