K-pop rock band FT Island celebrated 10 years as band by delivering heating briquettes with fans in a V app video that broadcast Saturday.

As Song Seung-hyun was sick with a cold, he apologized to fans for not being able to join them. “I hope this ends well safely with you not slipping (on ice),” he said.

“I hope we volunteer with sincere hearts,” Choi Jong-hoon chimed in.

The video showed FT Island and fans delivering the briquettes to people in rural homes.

“I thank the fans who came here to celebrate our 10th anniversary despite the cold weather. Actually it’s also my first time participating in briquette delivery volunteering and I think it was a meaningful time,” Choi Min-hwan said.

“I feel good as our beautiful fans participated with their beautiful hearts,” Lee Jae-jin said. “It was a fulfilling time also for us.”

“I think we’ve spent a meaningful day today. It was fun to be with the fans and see them up-close,” Lee Hong-gi said.

“This marked the end of our 10th-year anniversary event. You’ve done a great job for 10 years and as we are still young, I hope to be together also from now on,” he said.
