Block B’s Park Kyung referred to his own bitcoin investment as a “foolish action.”

Park made the comments on local radio show “Kim Shin-young’s Hope Song at Noon,” on MBC’s radio station Wednesday. When the host of the show asked Park what the most foolish thing he had done recently was, he copped to his bitcoin investment.

“Having some extra money, I invested in bitcoin. That was a foolish action,” he said. “When I started the investment, it was all red lights. I learned a lesson.”

Korea’s bitcoin and cryptocurrency market is experience regulatory uncertainty, as the government considers plans to ban virtual coin exchanges.
