Rising K-pop band NCT127 took to Naver’s V app Saturday to conduct a ‘special mission’ for one of the bandmates.
At the beginning of the broadcast, Mark, Johnny, Doyoung and Johnny were seen engaging in a serious conversation about Taeil, who is often called the “shy introvert” in the band.

“Taeil, who wasn’t very talkative during our previous broadcast, had little on-air presence and fans are yearning to see more of him on screen. So we’ve prepared this broadcast,” Doyoung said, and brought Taeil center stage. Taeil appeared singing a carol loudly.

Doyoung said this broadcast is the “pilot episode” of an upcoming series featuring Taeil at the forefront. In the broadcast, Taeil recited a series of self-created acrostic poems to show off his wit and sense of humor. An acrostic poem is a poem where certain letters in each line spell out a word or phrase.
Taeil’s poems were met with mixed reactions, but his awkward and cute gestures had what it takes to make his bandmates laugh.
