Leo and Ravi of VIXX LR, a sub-group of boy band VIXX, shared their thoughts on wrapping up the group’s first solo concert “Eclipse” on a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Sunday.

“It feels like yesterday when we were worrying about the concerts. I feel bittersweet to wrap up the concerts already,” Ravi said.

“Many people told us VIXX LR’s concerts were great so we could finish the concert happily and proudly,” Leo said.

“The weather is super cold! I appreciate your hard work waiting for us and supporting us,” Ravi said.

“I heard that you had waited in front of here (concert venue) since early morning, and even camped here,” Ravi said. “I wish we could have warmed you,” Leo said.

The two also made a remark on some fans who were planning to come to their concert after the national entrance examination, or suneung, but could not as it had been postponed due to possible aftershocks in the quake-hit Pohang area in North Gyeongsang Province.

“It’s a pity (that you couldn’t come to the concert) but we will prepare another chance to see you so cheer up and good luck on your exam,” Ravi said.

Singer Hwang Chi-yeul sent fans off after his fan meeting event through a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Sunday.

“It was very cold today. Thank you for coming nevertheless,” he said opening up the broadcast. “I’m safely returning home. I started the V app broadcast because I was wondering if you are heading home safely.”

The singer worried about his fans’ health and advised fans to keep themselves warm.

“It seemed some of you were wearing thin clothes. It’s cold today so I was a bit worried. Make sure to wear warm clothes!” he said. “Fortunately it seemed no one caught a cold.”

During the broadcast, the singer also prayed for peace and good health of the people in the quake-hit Pohang area in North Gyeongsang Province.

“Back then during the (Asia Artists Awards), there was an earthquake in Pohang. I pray for the quick restoration and quick return to ordinary lives for the distressed people there,” he said.

He also thanked his fans for supporting him to receive an award at the awards ceremony. He received Best Icon Award at the Asia Artists Awards held on Wednesday.

“As a musician, I’ve never dreamed of receiving an award at an award ceremony but I was so glad to receive an award and to talk about receiving an award,” he said. “I will give you better music so that you can be happier to support me.”

Lee Jai-jin of first generation K-pop boy band Sechs Kies revealed the difficulties he faced during his solo activities in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Sunday.

During the broadcast held in an atelier, the singer communicated with his fans while painting. He delivered some good news to the fans and the fans congratulated him.

“I was congratulated more recently then when I was promoting ‘Double J.’ It was so tough when I was promoting ‘Double J,’” he said referring to his hit track from his first solo album “S.Wing” released in 2001.

His group Sechs Kies, which debuted in 1997, recently held its 20th anniversary concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul, in September.
