Korean celebrities will sell off some of their favorite things to help single mothers.

Over 200 stars, including singers G-Dragon, Seungri of Big Bang, 2NE1, Heechul, Yesung and Shindong of Super Junior, Red Velvet, JR and Ren of NU’EST and actors Sung Hoon, Yoo Yeon-seok and Park Si-hoo, will part with some of their possessions with all the funds raised to be donated to families of single mothers.

The price of the stars’ possessions will be randomly set at up to 300,000 won ($270) -- or as little as 1 won. Potential buyers lock in the price they want to pay, and whoever chooses the exact price or comes closest to that price at the end wins.

“We thank all the celebrities who have delivered their prized possessions and participated in sharing” the event organizer said. “We hope this bazaar to cause more people to give attention to families of single mothers and participate in sharing.”

The online auction will begin on Dec. 1 through the Womanstalk mobile application.
