Actor Ryu Jun-yeol was featured in the November issue of a major fashion magazine Marie Claire, where he also shared his philosophy as an actor.

Photos showed the celebrity clad in chic black clothes ranging from a dress suit to leather jacket. The black is an implicit allusion to the actor’s wish to be “not defined by any color” as he said in the interview with the magazine.

When asked whether he wants a role that stands out in a film, Ryu said, “Even if the actor Ryu Jun-yeol might not be pronounced, I just seek to earnestly act out the role I am given, and blend in naturally with the film.”

Ryu Jun-yeol played an avid fan of a murdered singer in the film “Heart Blackened” slated for release in early November.
