An artificial intelligence speaker surprised singer Jeong Se-woon during a live broadcast via Naver’s V app Tuesday.

“I saw Shownu of Monsta X having a V app broadcast during which he played with this (AI speaker). I am holding a V app broadcast because I also wanted to play with this,” he said.

Jeong introduced the name of the AI speaker as Sally.

“Do you know Jeong Se-woon?” he asked. Sally replied that “Jeong Se-woon is a singer from Starship Entertainment, who was born in 1997.”

The singer then asked the AI speaker to play his tracks “Just U” and “Slower Than Ever.” He was impressed that the speaker could understand his words and play his tracks or change the volume, according to his commands.

When he asked the AI speaker to try rapping, the speaker immediately got down to the task saying, “Drop the beat.”
