K-pop superstar Twice is set to embark on a showcase tour in Japan starting from Thursday, according to the group’s agency JYP Entertainment.

The agency shared a schedule for the upcoming Japanese tour on Monday via Twice’s Japanese website and social media pages, revealing that the nine-piece girl group will kick start the tour in Aichi on Thursday. The schedule also showed other showcases in Fukuoka slated for Sunday, Hiroshima on Oct. 23 and Osaka on Oct. 25 and 26. A showcase in Saitama on Feb. 1 will be a bookend for Twice’s Japanese tour, which will encompass a total of six cities in Japan.

The upcoming events mark the group’s first official showcase tour in the country since its Japanese debut showcase for “#Twice,” a compilation album, in early July.

On Wednesday Twice will also officially release its first Japanese single “One More Time,” which was pre-released last Friday and went on to sweep several local music charts.

Expectations for Twice have been rising in Korea as well, as the group will be releasing its first full-length album “Twicetagram,” fronted by lead track “Likey,” on Oct. 30.

Having debuted under JYP Entertainment in October 2015, Twice rose to stardom with its breakout hit “Cheer up” in 2016.
