BTS’ V took to the V app Sunday to talk about his recent hobby: photography.

During the broadcast, his bandmate Rap Monster asked him what he has been doing recently. V said he has become interested in taking pictures.

“I usually take landscape photos,” he said. “(I use) a 50 mm lens. It’s a great lens for landscape photography. (It’s) the cheapest one. So I’ve been taking many landscape photos.”

“I want to take many close-up photos of the group’s members but my lens is not for such photos,” he said.

The singer added that he has recently been taking portraits, too.

“I was touched by your post -- at the train station. When did you take it? It looked as if I was posing,” Rap Monster asked.

“That was at a Shinkansen station when we first came to Japan. You were listening to music and I thought it would make a great photo so I took it. I didn’t even tell you (I was taking the photo),” V said.
