Black Pink on cover of GQ Japan

K-pop act Black Pink has become the first female vocal group to grace the cover of GQ’s Japanese edition, YG Entertainment said.

According to the agency, GQ Japan on Friday revealed the cover of its December edition, featuring the quartet. The latest edition was themed “idol singers of modern day,” according to the agency.

Black Pink, consisting of Jennie, Rose, Lisa and Jisoo, has had success since its Japan debut in August. It became the third non-Japanese artist to top Oricon‘s weekly album chart with its debut album, and was invited as a special musical guest on Japan MTV’s Video Music Awards Japan recently.
