G-Dragon and IU, two of the most popular K-pop stars today, continue to impress fans with their friendship, with the Big Bang frontman promising to attend IU’s concert in December.

IU made a surprise appearance at G-Dragon’s Taiwan leg of the world tour series ACT III, M.O.T.T.E in Taipei on Saturday, joining the Big Bang member in performing “Palette” and “Missing You,” IU and
G-Dragon hits, respectively. IU also participated in G-Dragon’s Seoul solo concert in June.

When IU asked G-Dragon during Saturday’s concert whether he would attend her upcoming concert, G-Dragon said he would, drawing cheers from the crowd.

With Sunday’s concert in Taiwan, G-Dragon wrapped up his solo world tour that kicked off in June in Seoul.

The artist’s agency YG Entertainment said G-Dragon would join his bandmates to concentrate on Big Bang’s group activities from now on.
