Donghyuk of iKON aired a V broadcast Sunday from a hotel room after the second concert of the group’s “iKON Japan Dome Tour 2017.”

“I am currently in Japan right now for our concert tour. I could not do ‘V-Night’ for a while, so I came to say good night,” he said at the start of the broadcast.

Fans talked with Donghyuk via comments on the V app. The singer appeared shy in front of his fans.

“Why am I hiding my face under the covers? I always seem to grow a mini mustache whenever I finish a concert, and I got these acne bumps here,” he said, pointing to spots on his face.

The boy band iKON recently swept charts in Japan, taking the No. 1 spot on Oricon’s Daily DVD Chart and its Weekly Albums Chart on Sept. 26.

“Today’s concert was a lot of fun. I got to meet many artists that I admire and idolize. Which part was the most fun? Let’s see. Yoon Hyung was hilarious when he got to the center of the stage and sang, ‘Why again,’ so Chanwoo -- who was up next -- could not get himself to sing his part correctly.”

The K-pop group will return with its new JTBC reality show “Idol School Trip” in early November.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
