Kai of EXO said he can now drink coffee in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Tuesday.

During Tuesday’s live broadcast, the singer answered fans’ questions and reacted to their comments while lying on his bed.

After answering a few questions, he asked, “Would you like to hear some surprising news?”

“I haven’t revealed it at all. Do you want to hear? It’s a really big deal. It’s really shocking!” he said.

The surprise news was that he had started drinking coffee. The singer has expressed his dislike of coffee before, saying Americano especially seems like deadly poison to him, so he drinks it only when he loses a bet.

“I still can’t drink Americano. I can drink only one kind (of coffee) -- cafe latte,” he added.

When a fan commented, “You’re a big boy now,” Kai responded, “I’m a big boy everyone! I’m a grown up, for real! Oh my! Now I can’t say I can’t drink coffee anymore. Now I can drink coffee if I add some milk."

“I’ve made tremendous strides, everyone. Seriously! Don’t you think so?”

However, the singer said he has not yet learned to enjoy the drink.

K.Will

Singer K.Will vowed to take his shirt off if his new album “Nonfiction” tops the charts at a showcase event broadcast live via Naver’s V app Tuesday.

“Nonfiction” is the singer’s newest release, 2 1/2 years after he dropped “RE:” in March 2015. During the showcase event, the singer expressed his affection for the new album.

As he put so much effort into the long-awaited album, he doled out special promises for topping the chart.

“I’ve been working out hard recently. If I top the charts, I will take off my pants -- I’m joking. I will take off my shirt!” he pledged.

K.Will debuted in 2007 with his first full-length album “Left Heart” and started to gain public attention with his 2008 single “Love 119.” He also participated in many TV drama soundtracks, including “Talk Love” for KBS megahit “Descendants of the Sun.”

Yoo Seon-ho

Yoo Seon-ho, a trainee from Cube Entertainment, has opened a V app channel, the singer-trainee revealed in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Tuesday.

Yoo recently starred in the second season of Mnet K-pop competition show “Produce 101.” He finished in the No. 17 spot, failing to secure a place in the final 11-member group Wanna One. But he still enjoys high popularity thanks to the show.

“Actually I didn’t expect to get so much love and support after ‘Produce 101’ season 2. I thought I would return to the life of trainee, but I got a fan cafe and V app channel,” he said.

Yoo said he is going to hold a V app broadcast to be called the “Seon-ho Channel.” His name, Seonho, is a homonym of the Korean word sunho, meaning “preference.”

“Everyone has their preferred channels. I named the broadcast ‘Seon-ho Channel’ because I hoped the channel would become a part of your preferred channels,” he said.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
