Singer Jung Eun-ji of Apink said in a surprise announcement Saturday that she will release a new single as a solo artist.

The single “Manito” will have a concept of a “pure girl in love,” according to Plan A Entertainment, and will have combine Jung’s vocals with a warm acoustic sound.

Jung successfully debuted as a solo artist last year, topping local charts with the title track of her EP “Dream.”

The new single will be released at 6 p.m. through local music streaming and downloading websites on Saturday,
