Lee Jong-suk will appear on tvN’s “Three Meals a Day,” his agency YG Entertainment confirmed Tuesday.

This marks the actor’s first variety show appearance in nearly four years, since he appeared on SBS’ “Running Man” in January 2014.

Lee is a friend of Yoon Kyun-sang, a regular cast member on the show. The two actors met while starring in 2013 competitive swimming movie “No Breathing,” and became closer as they co-starred in SBS hit drama “Pinocchio” the following year. They exhibited their close friendship in the months that followed by snack trucks to each other’s filming sets.

“Three Meals a Day” features a group of celebrities procuring food and preparing meals with only basic appliances in the countryside.

The episode featuring Lee will air sometime this month. “Three Meals a Day” airs Fridays at 9:50 p.m.
