iKON celebrated its 700th day since debut via the V app, Monday.

“This is the 700th day iKON met iKONIC,” said Jun-hoe.

“Why is the 700th day more special than other multiples of 100? Because we are seven in number,” Jun-hoe said.

Only four of the seven-member group -- Goo Jun-hoe, Song Yoon-hyung, Jeong Chan-woo and Kim Jin-hwan -- were present due to the other members’ individual schedules.

Fans asked Song Yoon-hyung to be careful in the jungle where he is featuring in the TV program “Law of the Jungle.”

“Please go catch coconut crabs for me. I want to eat them,” joked Joon-hoe.

There is only one regular V broadcast by the group left.

While iKON normally airs the broadcast on Wednesdays, due to the group‘s schedule, the finale will air on Thursday at 9 p.m.

B1A4 celebrated Gongchan’s birthday in a live V broadcast, Monday.

The B1A4 members prepared a surprise birthday party for Gongchan, complete with a cake and seaweed soup. Koreans customarily have a hot seaweed soup on birthdays as mothers are known to have had the nourishing soup after giving birth.

“Gongchan doesn’t like miyeok, the seaweed, so much, but he loves the meat in the soup,” said Shin-woo.

Gongchan entered the room to find a birthday table laden with food. With a big smile he blew out the candles.

The live broadcast of the birthday party went on for an hour.

Bana, the fan base of B1A4, thanked Gongchan for coming in to existence.

Gongchan left a Twitter post in response, “Really, Bana, (sigh) you’re so lovely.”

GOT7’s Jinyoung bid fans goodnight via V app, Monday night.

“Hello, this is Jinyoung,” the star said as he opened the broadcast, “I just got back to the residence.”

“Today I sang the JJ Project songs in an acoustic rendition at the Orgel live. It was nice to see everyone enjoying our music,” Jinyoung said, “I especially liked singing the song ‘On and On.’”

Jinyoung recently released a mini-album with JB under the name JJ Project.

The last time the two of them put out work together was five years ago with the mini-album “Bounce.”
